Wellbeing Webinar Series

Holistic Wellbeing Across Work, Home and Self-Care

At ND Perspective, we believe it’s time to redefine what true well-being means for the neurodivergent (ND) community. To us, well-being isn’t about superficial perks; it’s about addressing the deeper, often overlooked needs of neurodivergent people. Our approach centres on adopting effective strategies and building sustainable support systems that enhance well-being across all areas of life.

This year-long programme delves into the lived experiences of being neurodivergent, respecting personal identity and reflecting on community values. Throughout the series, we explore a range of neuro-traits such as executive functioning, sensory processing, attention, hyper-focus, and inertia, as well as common neurodivergent experiences like rejection sensitivity and the impact of seasonal changes. This series will deepen your understanding of how neurodivergent minds and bodies function, while providing practical, long-term strategies to help regulate emotions, manage stress, and foster self-acceptance across work, home, and personal self-care.

Wellbeing Webinars (2025)

The Wellbeing Webinar Series, led by Jessica Dark, Psychologist and Founder of ND Perspective, is a year-long exploration of topics relevant to neurodivergent experiences. Every session is packed with practical strategies and adjustments, covering home, leisure, and work environments. With a minimum of eight sessions per year, this series offers engaging content for neurodivergent people, in addition to our supporters (employers, HR professionals, coaches, and therapists).

Why Wellbeing Support is Important:

Professional wellbeing support from a neurodiversity perspective remains limited. Many in the neurodivergent community are diagnosed in adulthood, yet post-diagnostic support is scarce, leaving us to navigate complex work and life demands with few resources. Those diagnosed in childhood may have had more time to understand their neurodivergence, but adulthood brings new challenges that often go unrecognised and unsupported. While support services for neurodivergent adults are limited, our understanding of neurodivergence has evolved significantly in recent years, bringing valuable insights that can enhance wellbeing. The Wellbeing Webinar Series addresses these gaps by offering current insights into neurodivergence and strategies that promote wellbeing, all at an affordable price.

Benefits for the Neurodivergent Community:

The Wellbeing Webinar Series provides practical strategies for navigating work, home, and leisure. Each session introduces tools to help achieve balance, enhance career satisfaction, boost productivity, and improve overall wellbeing. By focusing on actionable guidance, these webinars empower our neurodivergent community to build fulfilling, sustainable routines across all areas of life. Drawing from psychology principles and lived experiences, the series offers a supportive space where we can deepen our understanding of neurodivergence, enabling us to learn, and grow together.

Benefits for Coaches and Therapists:

For coaches and therapists, this webinar series deepens understanding of neurodivergence and equips them to better support neurodivergent clients. By exploring current perspectives and effective strategies, coaches and therapists gain valuable tools to offer relevant, tailored guidance. This enhanced knowledge helps them empower clients to navigate challenges, leverage their strengths, and achieve meaningful personal and professional goals, fostering greater satisfaction and success.

Benefits for Employers:

For employers, this webinar series is an essential resource for cultivating an inclusive and supportive workplace. By enhancing their understanding of neurodivergent needs and learning practical strategies, employers can create a culture that values diverse perspectives and fosters a strong sense of belonging.

“Excellent webinar/training session with the right balance between information and opportunity for participation and discussion. It provided a very concise and useful overview of the neurodiversity movement and approach and how this can be further developed to benefit individuals and organisations in a workplace context. Some interesting and insightful new perspectives were shared, particularly for identifying and communicating strengths and support needs.”

- October Neurodiversity and Neuro-Trait Interaction Webinar

“Loved the insights around 'access intimacy' and 'soft questions' - hadn't heard either of those terms before. But more generally, it was a really well-paced session, friendly, welcoming and thought-provoking.”
